95client name notlisted in NTevent view

I have created a small problem in my network with win95 clients and NT 4.0 sp6a servers. In the NT event viewer I get the entry when the users logs onto the server however, the computer name is not listed. This is only happening on one model of machine (we image each model to a standard setup). I obviously configured a setting or removed a file on the client to cause this to happen. Any ideas?
