I m working in IT from last 4 years and i m and CNE and MCSE having a experince of Planning implementation and troubleshoting of NT Networks…my problem is althoug i worked 4 years but..i didnt get a job in a very good company where i could learn new things.My last company was good..i have learned MS Exchange, Proxy…but now i m looking for another job…but i cant find any good job cause these cunslting agencies..need some specific skils….so my questin is …what wsould i do..do i go for WIN2000 MCSE and learn bout proxy and exchnage ??? but then these companies need 4-5 year experince????? i m confused….help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
