Could be the sasser worm. I suggest scanning for malware as well as checking the search results and refining the search yourself.

Turn off system restore, install this program & let it update. Boot to safe mode and run it until you get no results.

Get Autoruns here, run it, and make sure all logon/winlogon entries are normal. You may even want to check these prior to a malware scan, as deleting the malware files may possibly render the system un-bootable. Making sure the entries point to legitimate files before cleaning can avoid this situation.
