I am working on a Toshiba Satellite Pro 430 CDT. The a drive will spin, but a message will appear that says “the disk in drive a is not formatted”. The a drive had been used in the past to store files and this has not been a problem until recently. The drive is recognized, it spins, the driver is installed. If no disk is in the drive, the message will appear will say there is no disk in the drive. No matter what I have tried the same message still appears. Any suggestions?
