A moment of amusement and to wonder what Autocorrect is actually thinking

WARNING: This site does not filter text obscenity (Read: four letter words including a popular one beginning with F) but rigorously disallows advertising that pops unwanted sound and video ads. It might not be safe for your work environment, but I don’t know where you work.

My cousin turned me on to this site because sometimes it is just downright fun to read other people’s frustrations with technology. I have to admit that I turn to this site and it’s sister site, Wrongnumbertexts, when I just need to laugh. Some are pretty lame, but so many of them will have you giggling for hours.

I remember the earlier days of Word and some of the corrections IT suggested that had us laughing and then emailing friends to try it out. It would appear that either Autocorrect has developed an even greater sense of humor than the Word of 1997 or that we have all gotten a bit more lazy about checking what we are sending.

Of course, the solution to finding one’s self in Autocorrect h*ll is to simply turn it off. The problem is that Autocorrect can be a useful tool.

Have you ever found yourself sending an unintended text to someone? Are you willing to admit it? Do you use the Autocorrect feature on your smart device?
