While opening attachments in an e-mail is a no-no for users, attachments of a different sort are an absolute necessity for retailing systems like Amazon and eBay. How can you sell your mother's Waring Blender if you don't have a picture? A new SOAP messaging specification proposes a solution that will facilitate the transfer of such vital information.
