Hi, I am having problems with my colour printer which is a HP8500 N. Now when I select paper size A3 in properties, it comes up with a message, which says:- Your current selections have caused the following items to conflict with each other:-
Item Current selection
Paper Size A3 297 * 420mm
Color Control Full Colour.
Its says to resolve this conflict, click on ok. Now when I click ok to print it goes onto A4 and prints it in black and white.
Now how do I resolve this issue??
