about blank + "worning y r in danger"

running xp home.few day ago i got the about: blank as home page + my desktop turened black with bige warning. the warning is in yelow then have some text that explain that evry think i do leaves marks in my pc....blabla..
then in yelow again " secure yourselfe right now" and at the bottom it says
"removal instructions" . click on removal open IE with 213.159.117.130/?affid=nat-10 but doesnt go any where it will stay like this for long time.
this big warning is at the back "hiding" behind my desktop , as i can see all my icons.
i run: chw, stinger, spybot, adawer6, smart protector pro, spysweep and window washer. 1 after 1 with out restart nor shut dowen. i appreciate your help thank you in advance

Scan for viruses.

Run HiJack this against the system also. Available here:

This is a spam ad that's been going around for awhile. Here's what has worked to remove it:

Go to Control Panel -> Display -> Desktop. Click on the Customize Desktop button. Then select Web and uncheck (or delete) the webpage Security. Click OK and it's done.

Also, before you go back on the internet, check your Internet Options and make sure your home page is what you want it to be. If not, change it back.

If you have installed SP2 for Windows XP, make sure you have the Popup blocker activated in Internet Explorer (Also do what the other Answers have advised you to do). Generally I'd you use another browser like Mozilla Firefox, these are usually more secure when it comes to activeX controls etc. Firefox also has a builtin popup blocker and it allows you to configure it to suite your needs, having different "skins" etc.
