Hello Best Experts i need your advice about CRM where i have two question need to their answers:
1) why do so many organizations struggle to achieve their strategic objectives form the use of: ( Customer Relationship Management (CRM)?

2) Assess the strategic impact arising from the organizational deployment of ( Customer Relationship Management (CRM)?
