Hi,
I have a windows nt server 4.0.Ip address is 192.168.100.6 subnet mask 255.255.255.0.I installed DNS server and ip is 192.168.100.6. I installed DHCP in my windows nt.I created two scopes one is 192.168.100.10 to 192.168.100.50 and second one is 132.147.100.20 to 132.147.100.55.Now when my clients access connect DHCP they always get 192.168.100.10 series IP address they are not getting 132.147.100.20 series IP address.I want that some user get 192 series ip and some will get 132 series ip.How i do it.Second i entered this command on my clients system.ipconfig/release to release the ip address but they always gets old ip like 192.168.100.12 or 13 or 15 like this.
I want when my clients give request to DHCP server they always get different IP address.
How i do it.
