By m.cinquilli ·
Hi to all

I am a Computer Science student. I am studying in Italy and I am near (just 2 exminations and a final project) to finish!!
I have not a big experience abobut working on IT. The only experinces come from the University and from an internship. The Internship, that I am still doing, is inside of INFN (National Institute for Nuclear Physics), and I am developing CLI (Command Line Interfaces) on Unix systems, for facilitate the use of GRID for people in Physics.

If ecerything will work out fine I will be graduated on Computer Science on November. Then I want to get a job for make some nice experience!

I am interested to find a job in the States about IT. How much it would be difficult for me? And what about me degree: would this be considered?

visa, etc

by john.a.wills In reply to About Graduated..

You are probably more valuable to the U.S. than the U.S. is to you, but the visa people at the U.S. consulate will not recognize that. For your first job in the U.S. try working via one of the big contracting firms, e.g. RCG or Birlasoft, who will guide you through the visa maze. But it would probably be useful to gt some business experience in Europe first, as the contracting firms work mostly with business applications.
