I have shared internet with ICS at Standalone server in LAN. I have configured the clients to get IP automatically. It is supposed to get 169.254 IPs but the client uses APIPA. When I use ipconfig /release and /renew command. The error message appears that says DHCP Server unreachable. In LAN other clients can get 192.168.0 IPs. Mentioned client is Pro 2000. I want to disable APIPA. I would like to learn how to do it.If you have further suggestions I would like to hear all.
