i am milind jalgaonkar leave in ujjain city i am 19 year old .my accedemic education is not better at presently i am doing mcse & web programing what are the scope for me after doing mcse can i get jobes in overseas please send me my answer as soon as possible

MCSE doesn't mean what it used to. We have had a steady stream of MCSEs who have no clue what real work is. Any more we are more apt to hire someone with two years of relevant experience than an MCSE.

The best advice is to you is to take on some local projects related to what you want to do and offer to do them for next to no money. This will give you experience.
