About Memory Ram?

I would just like to know if there is any difference at all to
DDR3 and DDR3 SDRAM?

if there is can you please explain and which one of them is better?

If that is all you get then they are the same thing.

However if you are comparing DDR3 Video RAM that is RAM on a Dedicated Video Card to System RAM they are different.

That would probably be a good place to start...oh, and there's these things
on the internet called "search engines", like Bing and Google! Those are
quite handy when working on class assignments.

DDR3 is DRAM, the other is SDRAM

DRAM and SDRAM are not the same.

SDRAM has the letter S stamped on every DRAM module, that's what makes it SDRAM. :)
