An MSI installation file can not do this by itself.

With a Windows 2000 server you can do something called a "Software Policy". Using a "Software Policy" it is possible to use the MSI file to install the items that you want the users in a certainO/U to use.

You would have to put the users into O/U's (Organizational Units) of Accounts and Sales. Each
O/U would have a different software policy that installs Office the way you want it.

Of course the only other way is to custom install each users PC from the office CD and only install the programs you want them to use.

Expanding on something mentioned by the above answer, you can use the distribution tool that comes with office to create separate installation scripts, and assign each to a GPO assigned to each OU. This would give you custom installations for each OU.
