About Multiple Scopes in DHCP

I created two scopes in my DHCP server.Sales IP range is 200.200.200.2 to 200.200.200.5 and marketing ip range is 192.168.100.2 to 192.168.100.5.Now i am using two hubs one for sales and other for marketing.Now i want when my sales clients give request then they get ip in 200.200.200.x range and when marketing user give request they get ip in 192.168.100.x range.How i do it.Second i want to run Internet without using ICS connection my sales and marketing clients can share internet.
