    Hi,
    I have w2k adv. server with active directory installed i am facing some probs.When i login with administrator account in w2k server it gives me profile error that i don’t hv profile and i can login with temp profile.I created one user on it butwhen i login with that user it again gives me error that i don’t hv profile and i can login with temp profile.How to solve this problem.

      I am not certain of your environment. but here is something you can check. We had a similar problem with a couple of workstations.

      Open the windows explorer and find the drive / partition where the administrator’s profile is kept. Usually c:\
      Right-click the drive / partition and then select properties. Then select the security tab. In there make certain that the SYSTEM account is listed and that it has Full Control.

      I have seen workstations where the user wants to tighten security of his computer and removes the SYSTEM account from the security of the C:\ drive. Then they begin having problems.

      If this is not your problem, then I do not have an answer. Check it out.
