I am working on a PC with Windows 98 and Office 2000. When the help is used for Access the same error always come up and the help file closes, Access will still work. The conflict is with ITSS.DLL, I’ve tried re-installing Office, installed the latest service packs, repaced ITSS.DLL, ran SFC and replaced some other dll files, emptied the temp folders, increased the virtual memory, moved the graphic accelleration to none, reduced the video to 256 colors, upgraded IE to 5.5 with the patches. Checked otuneup.exe and it is not set to run. I have even done scandisk and defrag. I may have tried a couple more things but that is all I remember for now.
