Access 2000 and Office 2000 Premium disk

By curtis ·
On a w2k machine whenever I try to open an Access database I get a message that Windows is configuring Office 2000 Premium disk 2. It then gives me the message that there is no source for the install of disk 2. The install originally went without a hitch(was concerned about the disk 2 not reading the key code correctly). The problem occurs when I logon as user but not as administrator. Any ideas?
TIA

If you install Office 2000 on a NT platform you have to make sure you install it for all users other wise when the different user try to access some features it will ask for the source CD try running setup again with the following command line argument.
(Be sure to be logged on as local admin)
setup /jm

log as Admin and do a full install, when user login and run appl office 2000 will have all the files it needs to setup each user, note: you need a lot of drive space. or full install of modlue you need only (save drive space).
