Access 2000 DB will NOT open

I have an access 2000 Database I recently upgraded from 97. It worked fine for a few hours then stopped working. What I mean is, when you double click on the database icon, nothing happens.

I tried:

Rebooting client machine
Importing from a databse to the database – Nothing Happened
Renaming the file
Repair
Detect and repair
Renaming the file

Any ideas?
