My previous and current companies, we have used tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams for quick team communication, but for frontline and mobile employees, we found mobile-first platforms work much better. Recently, we have been exploring MirrorFly because it supports real-time messaging, channels, read receipts, and shift-based announcements in a more frontline-friendly way.
Some teams also use project management tools like Asana for task tracking and coordination.
