I have an Access 2000 database with 280 .jpg images of employees. Each .jpg file individually is 15K to 20K, but when these are embedded in a table the database file size is increased by approx. 2MB for each image. As a result the file is too big to manage across our WAN. Is there any way to reduce the size?
