First of all I mainly use Outlook to read/send email.
I have an Access db (1000 records) that contains info including name and email address. I need to set up a mail list in Outlook that sends a newsletter to each individual (1 sender address + 1 member address).
I have exported the db to XL and imported into Outlook (just name + email) setting up a new contact list, but the only way I have found to send the news letter is by sending the letter to myself and Bcc batches of 50 members – very,very tedious.
There must be a better (faster) way to do this!! Can any body help????
