Access denied changing password

By charydczak ·
All 200 of my clients suddenly cannot change passwords from 95&98 clients. Nothing has changed in password policies our account settings. The administrator can only change passwords locally.

Is this an NT4.0 system? if so start user manager and I beleive it's on the same screen that you set password policy's, there is a check box that say's user must login to change password, make sure that this box is not checked, if it is check that'swhy your 95/98 clients are having problems.
