I have four total users in a workgroup sharing a ’97 version database. Two of the users have problems often trying to access this file, and one in particular keeps getting error message #3197, telling her the file can’t open because someone else isediting the recordset at the same time. This happens even when nobody else is in it. What is causing this error, and how do I fix it so she can use it? Everybody in the group has full rights to the file. Thanks.
