Okay, here is my question. I have an existing access database. There are several fields in a from..in the fields we have a drop-down list of records to choose from for several of them. My question is: after reviewing these records we see that there are several that are duplicates just with a slight name change and so they were never caught. I know i can delete a “form record” with no problem but a “field record”.. will cause me problems in every instance it is used previous to the deletion. Help!!
