Access multiple Outlook boxes w/ 1 logon

by williaday . Updated 24 years, 8 months ago

Hello All–

(sorry for the drawn out explanation…..)

Is there a way to setup a user, that has ownership rights to more than one email account (in Outlook 2k), so that he can access all while logging onto the (windows nt exchange) network with their (the multiple accts) personal acct. info?

for example, Leonard is logged onto the NT network and has three profiles (his personal, BUSINESS mailbox, & SNAP mailbox) setup in his Outlook startup. Instead of selecting Leonard in the profiles box he selects BUSINESS to answer office mail.

How do I set it up so that he can select BUSINESS from the Outlook profile prompt (so that he can send and respond to emails with BUSINESS in the from: section (not “on the behalf of” stuff)) without entering the BUSNINSS acct password?

win95, outlook2k, exchange on winnt server
