Access Permission

I am using a two win2K clients on a windowsNT Domain. My account is on a windows 2000 domain. I shared a drive on one of the win2K clients and give myself full controll to all the folders and files.
Why when i log into my other win2K PC and Mape the drive i can see all the folders and files but i cannot make any changes (create folders, save files, etc.)?
