I am running Windows 98SE and IE 5.5. I am not even sure what problem category this is in, but I cannot now access certain websites (including Microsoft’s) on internet, whereas previously everything was fine. I have run the system utilities for system file integrity and “repair windows”, but everything is ok. Any ideas, short of reinstalling windows or IE5? Oh yes, I am using a cable modem. Could the cable company be at fault? If so, how to prove it to them?
