We recently upgraded several NT 4.0 workstations with IE 5.5 which all use Outlook Express or Outlook 98. After the upgrade we get a Dr Watson message when attempting to find a person in the address book using the LDAP lookup. Message is ; Access Violation (0xc0000005), Address 0x00000000. We have search MS Knowledge base with no luck. We have fixed the problem on one workstation by reloading NT. LDAP worked fine before upgrade.
