A user is using Outlook 2000/Exchange 5.5 under NT4 Workstation, Ocassionaly when he composes a message using Word as his email editor, he gets a Access violation message. He fixes it by switching to RTF Format. This user has the same problem at a different location logging in as himself. Could his mailbox on the Exchange Server be causing the Problem.
