Access Violation, windows management

I have a server that Windows Management services won’t start on. Dr Watson shows it to be an access violation, but I can’t seem to find out what it is refering to. Here is the “Fault” line from Dr. Watson:
FAULT ->6045423a f2ae repne scasb es:00000000=??
