To install an upgrade version of Microsoft Access 2000, you must own one of the following programs:

Office Suites:
Microsoft Office Professional, Small Business, Standard and Developer editions (version 4 or later) for Microsoft Windows and Windows NT.

Microsoft Databases:
Microsoft Access (version 2.0 or later) for Microsoft Windows and Windows NT
Microsoft FoxPro for (version 2.6 or later) for MS-DOS, Microsoft Windows and Windows NT
Microsoft Visual FoxPro (version 3.0 or later) for Microsoft Windows and Windows NT
