Win NT, 98, and 95 (at least these) have something called Toggle Keys in Control Panel–>Accessibility Options. Makes the Caps- Num- and Scroll-lock keys beep when toggled. Very useful for me to have audible notification that I’ve bumped Caps-lock again. But on one machine, there’s no beep, just a soft click if you listen carefully. Works on many other machines. Help!
