I have been having a problem with accessing network resources. All the users have a mapped network drive that loads everytime they boot up their laptops and logon to the domain.(Windows 2000 Server/2000 Pro and XP Pro workstations). Every time we access any resources from the network, it freezes the computer up. Cntr>Alt>del will sometimes work but the computer crashes and you have to reboot. I have a brand new P4 2.4GHZ laptop with 512MB of Ram and mine does it as well, so I know it is nota hardware problem. How do you fix issues like this and where do I begin to look for the problem? Help!
