Hi all just a quick question,
I accidentally tagged an existing hdd as a new filesystem whilst doing a clean install on one of my unix boxes. unfortunately this hdd was being used as a backup of all my data at that time. so basically I have a HDD that says it is empty. I am wanting to know is there any way that I can recover the information from this HDD. No data has been written on to the drive since my update but during the update no data was installed on the drive to start with.
BTW I am using FreeBSD 4.7-RELEASE.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
