Locked

Account Disabled

By RobertD. ·
Recently I have been getting "bumped off" of the network (I can see everything, but I can't save or move anywhere). When I re-boot and try to logon, the system won't let me. When I go to an NT4 Server, I find my account has been locked out. This is starting to happen more and I don't want to get locked out permanetly. I have five NT4 Servers, and two other Win2000 Servers. Thanks for your help. Robert

Try logging off before your shutdown and restart.

Even though it may appear that you've not logged into the network, I've found that almost always after having connectivity problems, if I reboot my PC without logging out first, I end up with my account disabled.

This should help out in the short term and I'll ask some of my buds if they have any ideas what mught cause the problem in the first place. I believe I know what it is, but I want to double check that our similiar problem isn't unique to us.

Thanks,
Glenna
