    Account Lockout after 5 minutes

    A user in our Active Directory is locked out of their account after 5 minutes of unlocking it and logging back in. The following is a copy of the event log when the account was locked out:

    Time: 5:08:55 PM

    Caller Machine Name: TRISH-ROGERS-PO

    Caller Domain: UJAFEDNJ

    The machine listed next to “Caller Machine Name” is not the machine that the user is using. We think this computer is an Apple iMac, but we are unable to ping the machine or locate it.

    Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated
