Pegasus-DSI Account Master file not
I recently started my position at a bank, and they have a Jukebox being ran by pegasus and accessed by DSI software. I know nothing about it. The hard drive crashed beyond repair. I set the server back up andhave all three talking. When I try to log into the pegasus system from the workstation I get an error:
Account master file not available – check database disk in local system file
I have called support, and they want $35,000 dollars before they will even talk to us… Yea right. Has anyone ever used one of these systems, and if so how do I recreact the master account file???
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
