Okay so i was on paint, on my 3 month old laptop. So far it has had no problems or anything. As I was on paint, the computer freezes up. I hit enter and a blue screen comes up with heaps of text and stuff along the lines of “rebooting c drive” “external error”
Nothing I pressed worked so I held down the power button until it switched itself off. I then turned it back on again, it came up with the acer logo, then after about 5 minutes turned into a blank screen. I rebooted it once again, except this tme I did the alt+F10 thing, and it came up with “windows is restoring files”
It then came up with the little bar and the green lines running through it as if it were loading up and then went back to a blank screen. Only differance is i now have a cursor i can move around.
NOw what? Is this part of the recovery process, if not, what do I do?
