I have an acer 5000 laptop and I cannot get to the Xp recovery console
with my xp cd. Even when the BIOS is set to boot from the cd drive I still
get the message corrupt folder windows/system32/config/system. I
would like any suggestions as to how to even get to the recovery
console. remember that the ACer cd’s only reformat the whole drive.
I am also trying to copy off my excel work files any suggetions?
