My laptop’s hard drive crashed this week and I used a hard drive enclosure to back up my data from the failed hard drive to my desktop’s.
I was able to access folders for all accounts/users (administrator, guest, etc.) BUT couldn’t access the one I’ve named “Super User” in the past. I do still have & remember the password to access it but the PC doesn’t even give me the option/field to enter the password.
When I click on the folder, I get “access denied” message.
Any helps on how I can access that folder will be highly appreciated.
