I have to maintain 10 PCs using WinXP. I’ve found strange problem on 4 PCs with network printer (shared printers that are added to these PCs). If we use Acrobat Reader6, sometimes networks printers are loss; sometimes network printers are found in Acrobat (when we click on Print menu). But if we use MS Word, network printers are always found. Please help to to fix this problem. Thank you in advanced.
These 10 PCs also use Netware, is it related to Netware?
