Does anyone know the solution to this.
When I try to access the pdf files on the net I am receiving the following error message:”AcroRd32.exe Exception: access violation (0x0000005), Address: 0x004164fa” occurred. When you click OK to this error another message comes up “Could not find Acrobat External Window Handler”. I have the Acrobat Reader 4.0 installed on the PC.
I have tried to reinstall Acrobat Reader 4.0 but I still receive the same error message.
I can’t install Acrobat Reader 5.0 on the PC due to the our company’s policy. We have to have Acrobat reader 4.0.
