Acrobat Reader & MetaFrameXP

I have clients connecting to MetaFrameXP 1.0 (on NT 4 Trmnl Svr) thru NFuse 1.51 client. They are able to view Adobe Acrobat files (i.e. attached to e-mail messages in Outlook), Acrobat Reader 5.0 is published on MetaFrameXP.

But they are unableto print pdf files properly; printed pdf file has what looks like ascii characters. Printers themselves are HPLaserJet4.

Citrix Universal Print Driver is installed. NT 4.0 Terminal Server is on SP 6 & MetaFrameXP has SP 1 w/ Feature Release 1.
I did find the following articles from Citrix CTX267969 & TechNet Q267896. But they seem to be for older versions of Adobe & MetaFrame.
