I set up a user that I went through the policies and set up like I want and now I am not able to set the active desktop wallpaper. I created another Object inside the Object to change some things for different locations and put the users in there. If I block policy inheritance the desktop shows up but I lose all my blocked policies. Is there a policy that anyone knows of that can be blocking this. I went as far as to toggle from enable to disable and not configured every policy inside Active Desktop. 2003 Server with xp clients.
