active directory

In my office i have 20 computers on network . i have windows 2000 adv server as domain controller. this is the only domain controller on my network.
In my clients windows nt 4 workstation is installed as operating system.
So how can i apply groupand user policies to these systems from 2000 active directory.
I dont have windows 2000 pro workstation.

Not really. The ADS policies apply solely to W2K Pro. The NT workstations listen to the NTCONFIG.POL policy, which is not directory-based but can still be made group-dependent. The policy is, as always, edited with NT's POLEDIT.
No need to tell youwhy M$ decided to have so little support for NT Workstation from W2K Server...

There is a way out but for your size of organisation it's probably overkill: Novell ZENWorks, based on NDS eDirectory, allows you to store one set of group/user policysettings and have them applied to NT Workstation as well as Windows 9x and W2K Workstation...
