I presume, you meant that your AD is not functioning at all.
(1) I hope you made a backup of system state in
Domain Controller. Otherwise you may be in
deep trouble.
(2) If the answer to above is positive, then
boot up your server in restore active
directory mode (F. If the answer is
negative ...
(3) When you boot up in this mode, server
restarts with closed AD database to perform
the backup.
(4) Use the default NT Backup program to restore
the system state from a backup file. (System
State of DC includes :
(a) Registry
(b) Class Registration Database
(c) System startup files
(d) Certificate Services Database
(e) Active Directory
(f) SYSVOL Folder )
(4) Restart the DC in a normal mode.

Good Luck ..!

I agree that restoring from a backup would be the thing to do first.

Do you have another Domain Controller (I hope!)? If so, you can remove the broken DC from AD. You probably can't do a clean demotion since the computer isn't working properly but you can do it the hard way. Take a look at these steps on how to remove a DC from AD UNgracefully.

It's not a fun thing to do but it may work. Afterwards, DCPROMO the failed DC back into the domain and it will sync again.

Good luck.
