Active Directory Installation Failed

Attempting to install Active Directory in a test domain (not production network) and I receive an erroro (title of the message) each time. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled TCP/IP, File and Print Sharing and Clients for Microsoft Networks. What otherproblems could there be?
