Active Directory Server 2003

We have a new server coming in to host Sharepoint 2007. We want to join it to the domain, no problem. Then, the Sharepoint site would use the same sign on information that our current domain users use.

Do I need to do anything special with Sharepoint Central Admin to import our current AD users and groups?
